Good bye New York!

I’m so excited to move my home and practice to Utrecht! I love the charm and beauty of the city. It is encouraging that Ayurveda has long been accepted here in the Netherlands, and I look forward to resume my practice in this wonderful city.

I had problem with Nerves in my shoulder and Doctors... suggested for surgery to correct it. No medicines were helping. Then I contacted Dr. Manjula Paul for ayurvedic treatment, with couple of sessions, she treated me well. Im alright. Though expensive, Im treated with care and Im back to normal without surgery. I went to Utrecht Ayurveda because I was feeling a... discomfort in my left arm, and wanted to improve my general wellbeing. After only two treatments (which felt great and super relaxing), my discomfort is gone and I feel so much more energy! Manjula has done a very thorough assessment of my doshic balance and after a consultation she recommended a treatment plan which includes herbal supplements, a meal plan including many recepies for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and general nutrition recommendations I need to follow to refind my balance. I am at the beginning of this journey and can't wait to see how I will feel in a month from now! I strongly recommend Manjula and her practice, as she is very professional, plus she is a very nice person and a true listener to all your needs.read more

Good afternoon to everyone. My review would be... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I never had any experience with Ayurvedic doctors. I did a good search and find this amazing Lady in Utrecht. Every time im driving from Amsterdam to Utrecht BECAUSE its totally worth it. ?Specially in these days when there is so many fake doctors around us. Its important to choose the best.? recommended to anyone. All my anxiety problems in 2 months time is reduced from 100%, and 2 times emergency room in one week to 30% witch is my body’s memory. I trusted her and its paying back better then I expected.???read more

I... appreciate greatly her attention to me as a "whole"... she tends to my physical needs through therapies and herbs, but also to my emotional and spiritual needs through yoga and meditation. Manjula has a healing touch and a wonderful bedside manner.... She took my problems seriously and gave me a thorough treatment as well as a comprehensive eating and lifestyle plan to follow. Although I've been a bit lax with all the changes prescribed, I am still experiencing major benefits after 3 sessions and following some of the advice. For chronic pain, I would definitely recommend Utrecht Ayurveda.read more
