We will start with determining your ideal doshic constitution, known in Sanskrit as Prakruthi.  This is expressed in terms of  Vata, Pitta or Kapha, and determines where you have imbalances.  Based on this assessment, I will tailor a personalized regimen or treatment plan that targets your individual needs, ensuring optimal results.
