I went to Utrecht Ayurveda because I was feeling a... discomfort in my left arm, and wanted to improve my general wellbeing. After only two treatments (which felt great and super relaxing), my discomfort is gone and I feel so much more energy! Manjula has done a very thorough assessment of my doshic balance and after a consultation she recommended a treatment plan which includes herbal supplements, a meal plan including many recepies for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and general nutrition recommendations I need to follow to refind my balance. Every time im driving from Amsterdam to Utrecht BECAUSE its totally worth it. ?Specially in these days when there is so many fake doctors around us. Manjula has a healing touch and a wonderful bedside manner.... She took my problems seriously and gave me a thorough treatment as well as a comprehensive eating and lifestyle plan to follow. Although I've been a bit lax with all the changes prescribed, I am still experiencing major benefits after 3 sessions and following some of the advice.
