I went to Utrecht Ayurveda because I was feeling a... discomfort in my left arm, and wanted to improve my general wellbeing. After only two treatments (which felt great and super relaxing), my discomfort is gone and I feel so much more energy! Manjula has done a very thorough assessment of my doshic balance and after a consultation she recommended a treatment plan which includes herbal supplements, a meal plan including many recepies for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and general nutrition recommendations I need to follow to refind my balance. Manjula has a healing touch and a wonderful bedside manner.... She took my problems seriously and gave me a thorough treatment as well as a comprehensive eating and lifestyle plan to follow.
